Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept cancellation of your order before the product is dispatched or produced. We cannot cancel your order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receipt.

In order to make a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return. Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.

The customer will receive a refund of the product and the shipping costs paid, while he will have to personally pay for the shipping costs for the return.

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and reason for return. Our customer service will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

Only items purchased directly from www.horel.store
Returned items must be in the original packaging, including accessories, manuals and documentation.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition they were sent, and in their original packaging. Stains, bent card stock, broken seals, or broken plastic sheets will not be accepted. If the conditions of the returned product are not acceptable, we reserve the right not to refund or replace. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through resellers, incorrect products purchased, and products damaged due to customer mishandling.

Returns made without a receipt may be refused. www.horel.store reserves the right to refuse any return.

WHAT IF THE ITEMS RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/WRONG/DAMAGED?

Have you received a defective unit or wrong product? Are you simply not satisfied with your order?

Contact our customer service team (Contact page) to initiate the return process.

Please include the following information:

Order number

Proof of purchase

Video or photo of the defective product (if applicable)

Full delivery address

Contact telephone number

In some cases, to obtain a refund or replacement of the product, it may need to attach a video or photo of the defective product as proof.

HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

Returns can take up to 14 working days to process from the day we receive your return. We will send you a confirmation email when your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund will be issued for the defective products. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling charges.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. If payment was made by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 working days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. For information on the timing of crediting the customer's account, contact the card issuing bank.
