horel  offers you the possibility to pay on delivery in all the main areas of ITALY . We pay cash on delivery through all major couriers. Here's how it works.

1- Place an order on the website and enter your address during checkout.

2-After placing an order, an automatic email is sent to you to confirm your order.

3- Your order will be processed and you will receive the tracking number and courier name as soon as it is shipped. You will be able to track the shipment and make sure it has been received.

4- Upon delivery, you will first have to hand over the cash to the courier and only then will the package be delivered to you.

5. If the shipment is not accepted, you will no longer be able to use the COD service on our website.


As we ship via couriers we can only provide COD tracking numbers as soon as it has been collected from us.
